Overview
The BD Rhapsody™ Accessory Kits contain all the necessary reagents needed to capture and process single cells and generate materials for use in library preparation steps. The accessory kits support all BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System–based single-cell RNA and protein workflows, including the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD® AbSeq Assays.
Accessory reagents include:
- BD Rhapsody™ Cartridge Kit (Features Slide 1)
- BD Rhapsody™ Cartridge Reagent Kit (Features Slide 2)
- BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit (Features Slide 3)
FEATURES
BD Rhapsody™ Cartridge Kit
BD Biosciences Kit Part Number: 633733 (Stored at RT)
This kit contains four individually packed single-use BD Rhapsody™ Cartridges that work with the BD Rhapsody™ System. Utilizing the gentle, gravity-based, microwell technology, these cartridges help you to capture single cells from your samples.
Learn more about the intended use of this kit and the associated protocol from the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System user guide.
BD Rhapsody™ Cartridge Reagent Kit
BD Biosciences Kit Part Number: 633731 (Stored at 4 °C)
The purpose of this kit is to provide the necessary reagents needed to prepare the BD Rhapsody™ Cartridges, extract RNA and antibody oligos bound to the cells, and capture them on BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads.
Learn more about the intended use of this kit and the associated protocol from the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System user guide.
BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit
BD Biosciences Kit Catalog Number: 633773 (Stored at –25 to –15 °C)
Once the RNA and protein information are captured from single cells on the BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads, reagents provided in the BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit allow you to perform reverse transcription and generate cDNA for use as a template for all your desired downstream library preparations. The kit can be used with the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD® AbSeq Assays.
Learn more about the intended use of this kit and the associated protocol from the BD Rhapsody™ Single-Cell Analysis System user guide.
PERFORMANCE
The BD Rhapsody™ Accessory Kits can be used at various stages of the single-cell multiomics workflow.
