Sales of BD FACSVerse™ instruments were discontinued on July 31, 2019.
Service for BD FACSVerse™ Systems and their related options and upgrades will continue until December 31, 2023. All current service contracts will be honored. The last date to purchase an annual service contract is January 1, 2023, for service ending December 31, 2023.
BD Biosciences may provide service for BD FACSVerse™ Systems after December 31, 2023 based on personnel and parts availability.
After March 31, 2023, sales of BD FACSVerse™ System spare parts and consumables will be dictated by parts availability and other restrictions.
BD FACSVerse™ System training and applications support at the customer’s site will be offered based on availability of staff with product knowledge to provide the training and support. Please contact your regional customer-training center for more information.
After March 31, 2023, BD FACSVerse™ instruments may have service performed by BD Biosciences depending on personnel and parts availability.
