Account Management

You can now search for, favorite and toggle between ship-to and bill-to addresses. The address book has also been updated with distinct icons and colors to help you differentiate address types more easily.

You can add new addresses in the shipping and billing details section in the cart during checkout and the cart will automatically reflect updated pricing. You can select a ship-to address even if it hasn’t been approved.

Checkout/Cart

No, only research and clinical reagents can be purchased online, including single-cell multiomics products. Regular instruments, custom instruments and other custom products can't be purchased online. Please reach out to your local sales representative for purchasing information.

You can now download and email a pdf of your entire cart including all products in the cart, what you have saved for later, shipping and billing information, and ledger information.

Credit card purchases can only be made in the United States and Australia.

Certificates

You no longer need to upload multiple RUO certificates for different locations or addresses. Once a certificate is approved for a ship-to location, all users who purchase on behalf of that location will be able to use the same certificate.


For RUO certificates, you can select and update associated addresses all in one area. If you don't have an approved RUO certificate for your selected ship-to address, you will be unable to checkout, but you will see an inline message that the product requires an approved RUO certificate and you can upload one in your My Account.


To upload a certificate, go to the My Account page, navigate to the certificates menu and follow the instructions.

Personalized Dashboard

You now have customized dashboards for a more personalized shopping experience. The new dashboard is a part of your My Account and allows you to view a dashboard of account-specific information, summary details, messages and alerts, and most recent orders placed. You can also see a customized list with suggested products based on your purchase history.

Events

Find information and register for upcoming global events and seminars and see which congresses we will be attending by going to the Events page in the Thought Leadership section from the Discover & Learn top navigation tab.

Order Management

You can easily view past order details with improved page design that show orders in a shipment-based and list view (vs table-based and line-item views previously). Go to the My Account dashboard page and select ‘Orders’ from the navigation on the left. You can see orders that were placed in the last 2 years.

The new website is designed to be your 24/7 order tracking and support tool, freeing your time for other important tasks. Once you’ve made your purchase, you can take advantage of our on-demand services with better visibility and reliability on order details and tracking, including a self-service support portal, real-time order status updates and real-time support.

 Yes, you are now able to add up to five email address recipients for the order confirmation email.

Pricing/Promotions

Customer service and order management support will be able to modify an order and apply promotions directly and will be able to update your account details if needed.

Our new promotions page provides an overview of available promotions, codes and applicable products. Once you have applied a promotion, a summary of promotional savings will be provided during checkout. You can navigate to our promotions page directly from the homepage.

Product Pages

You can select and compare up to four products at a time, and for flow reagents, you can also compare histograms.

Punchout

Yes, we now have Level 1 and Level 2 Punchout capabilities. You can now receive more consistent pricing and access to Punchout promotions along with streamlined integration with your procurement system. You will receive more consistent pricing as the ship-to address will be used as the default address for pricing when punching out.
