Preparation And Storage
The Simultest reagent is supplied as a combination of F(ab’)2 FITC and γ1 PE in 1.0 mL of phosphate-buffered saline containing gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. The vial should be stored at 2° to 8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Each Simultest reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
